Basic Information
Operating Hours: We operate 24/7.
Transportation Information:We have two Options
[1] From Incheon, Gimpo, or Jeju Airport => Your destination
[2] From Your Hotel or Accommodation => Any Airport
Please make sure your pickup / drop off-address is located in Seoul or Jeju, If you are not sure about the location, please contact us
If your pickup location is not within Seoul / Jeju, Extra fees will apply.
Meeting Point
[1] Airport => Hotel/AccommodationOur driver will await you in front of the gate, holding a placard, matching your reservation time and flight number.
[2] Hotel/Accommodation => AirportOur driver will be waiting at the specified time and address for your convenience
Cancellation Policy & Rescheduling
REFUND POLICY
Full Refund:Requested 5 business days before the selected date.
50% Refund: Requested 3 business days before the selected date.
No Refund: Within 2 days of the selected date or in case of a no-show.
However,
If your cancellation is due to a natural disaster, you'll receive a complete refund.
You can reschedule it before 3 business days from the selected date
Things To Keep In Mind
[1] If your pickup location is outside of Seoul or Jeju, extra fees will be applicable.
[2] There is no additional charge for waiting within 60 minutes from the arrival time of the scheduled flight,
only when apply for picket service at the airport. However, in case of waiting for more than 60 minutes, an additional waiting fee will be applied.
[3] Every adult and child should occupy their own seat.
Please double-check the pickup time, number of passengers, and ensure accurate flight numbers are provided on the confirmation.
Children over 36 months old are counted as adults.

What's provided:Transport from the airport with a vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls, and driver tip.
What's not included:Guide services, travel insurance, personal expenses, extra stops during the trip, and any fees for traveling beyond the designated area.
